You could say the system looks like **** or it could look like gold, fact remains that the draft is a crapshoot. If 20% of those picks make it to the show, then you succeeded.
Development is a huge part of success, and there's a few players that are showing the potential of having an impact bat right now. Nay for one, and some guys currently with Dunedin. They may never get there, and they may never have been pegged as being something great, but that's what makes baseball.
