I've seen many college players in all sports who had tremendous college careers numbers wise and dint do much in the pros. Just because Boyle put up numberts doesnt mean he is better than CK. I mean kreider has a high ceiling and once he puts it together(and he will) we should have another big scorer

Yes but the original post that all of us here are referring to is strictly confined to their respective collegiate careers.

That means NOTHING. Production in college means nothing. Often the less talented players produce more than the more talented ones and the more talented players become better players.

Accurate but what you said has nothing to do with the original claim posed.

You would think this 3rd line has been some elite line highhandedly carrying us to victories lately with the way some people are reacting. They have been mostly average the past game or so and this is a fine opportunity to get Boyle back into the lineup.

And agreed on whoever said they are happy to see Biron in net. Gives Hank an extended rest heading into next week when the schedule fills up a bit more. Hopefully he turns in another solid performance.

I understand why people are mad over the Boyle for CK swap, but its getting a bit hyperbolic at this point. Its as if his inclusion in the lineup automatically turns us into a bubble team.

I predict our PP clicking tonight and grabbing a couple of goals as a result. I also see Gaborik having one of his superman games. I'm feeling generally good about tonight.

Which means we will lose.

If you are going to compare their college careers; then you compare the three years they both participated. In that span Kreider had more points. As a sophomore he was MVP of the Beanpot and was part of two National Championship teams. He was a cog on the first one and the leading scorer on the second one. Boyle had a very good career at BC. But to say that he had a much better career than CK is ridiculous.

I think you should just try to embarrass him....

Not saying Boyle was a better player than Kreider in college, because to be honest i only saw a few games when each player was there.

But the stats would argue boyle actually had a better college career.

Really? Which stats would those be? Are you counting Boyle's senior year?

I feel like this will fall on deaf ears to him, but the multi-quote button is your friend.

Dude, chill out, and let it go. Why are you so vehemently against the poor guy, the hell did he do to you? I don't agree with the decision either, but Jesus, all you ever post about is how Boyle sucks. We get it.

From what I remember if Boyle he was a more physically dominating presence consistently than Kreider. I would say Boyle was better in college throughout that part of his career than Kreider.

I waive the right to research; let's just skip to the embarrassment.

Some people aren't embarrassed when they make ridiculous claims which are then exposed. So, I can't promise anything but my previous post speaks the lunacy of his statement.
