Started slow getting used to the system, but has been marvelous overall since.

7g 7a +9 in 24. That's pretty good for a King. No one's really gonna be PPG on this team with the emphasis on safe play and defense. Except maybe Carter who is 1pt shy of PPG right now.

Good to hear. Aside from the odd brain cramp, I really liked him on the Bruins. His beat down of Komisarek is one of my favorite Bruins moments of all time.

The line changed helped a lot. Tof-Carter-Lucic has to be one of the best lines in the league. They've carried the Kings for most of the season.

Yeah, he really found some chemistry with Toffoli.

Lucic is a master of empty nets. I feel like he was responsible for a large portion of empty net goals for the Bruins.

and Carter is so good. very underrated but he has always been on winning teams.

Carter is probably the most underrated 2-way center in the NHL right now. He has completely adapted his game to the Kings' style and plays every inch of the 200-foot game now.

So much individual talent on display by the Pens, but very little structure to their game as a team.

Yes, indeed. But being Team Canada bros just makes them compete harder against one another. Great to watch.
