Macular degeneration? Yeah, it seems to be pretty terrible. I hope you avoid it too!

My retina detachment is just residual trauma from a concrete work related injury in Summer 2005. A piece of concrete lodged itself in my eye when I was breaking up an old patio since we were going to put in a new one. Worst pain I’ve ever felt. Wouldn’t wish it on anyone.

I've been taking Lutein based on a recommendation from a pharmacist....not sure if it will help. Guess we'll "see"....or not

Had bronchitis since last Wed night. No fever, just sinus and chest congestion with a cough that sounded like I was fisting a duck. Was supposed to go to the weekend Flyers games with friends, but had to cancel. Have been living on muscinex, airborne and Delsym. Worst of it finally broke last night.

MFW when I didn't buy something that's been on the Christmas list but I keep vaguely checking the price on the Amazon (for months) search result page. Only to click it this morning to find out the item isn't in stock/delivery window is Dec to Jan. Son of a.... I should have just ordered it instead of seeing if there would be a price drop on Black Friday.

I got me a 48" OLED LG flatscreen from Best Buy. Black Friday deal. Couldn't pass it up despite my Panasonic plasma still going strong. Love that TV. Forgot how heavy the bitch was since it's been a fixture in my living room for over a decade. Moved it up to my guest bedroom...almost threw out my back going up my steps.

Dude...I had one of those huge 38 inch Toshiba tube TV's circa 1999 in my bedroom. I got rid of it finally last year after paying a junk dude to take it down my steps and throw it out. We have another at my mom's I have to get rid of. The bastards are so damn heavy....

Well they deserve the pain after playing for maybe an hour and ten minutes and then calling it a night when I saw them a few years ago. And Hall is pretty cooked vocally. No more sustained high notes.
