My retina detachment surgery went well today. Lots of pain but it’ll pass eventually

My mom has that retina degeneration disease. She is just about blind. Her dad had it and I am really hoping to avoid it

My retina detachment is just residual trauma from a concrete work related injury in Summer 2005. A piece of concrete lodged itself in my eye when I was breaking up an old patio since we were going to put in a new one. Worst pain I’ve ever felt. Wouldn’t wish it on anyone.

Only to click it this morning to find out the item isn't in stock/delivery window is Dec to Jan. Son of a....
