I wrecked my ankle almost two weeks ago now while walking my dog to the dog park. He is my service dog, which I got to get help incase I have a brain tumor balance issue. He did not get help, but he didn't run away. He is 10 months old, so I'm rating his response "could have been worse".

I used to do it that way. The bike in picture is a “smart bike”. You can set it up just like your road bike, sizing and even the gears and it uses bluetooth to connect to your computer.

Believe it or not after I unwittingly tasted it ...I still just ate it even though it was the worst bowl of oatmeal I ever had. I was too lazy to cook another portion. I did try to dillute it with the cinnamon...but the chilli powder won out.

Hopefully, that will be the last time it happens...
