A 71 year old hiker went missing in August. Sadly his remains were discovered 2 weeks ago. His Jack Russel terrier dog never left his corpse and stayed with him. The dog lost about half of its original weight, but is recovering after being taken in by other family members.

Such a good boy. Condolences to the family of his bff

I made a gravy yesterday but I settled on doing it late, so I had to improve jarred sauce and use premade meatballs. It was OK.

Adding a few tablespoons of olive oil and extra herbs to a canned sauce does wonders for it. But I much prefer to blend San Marzanos.

Yeah I usually go with a touch of paste, and a few cans of crushed. Oil and seasoning. It's really that easy
