While the incompetence here is uncalled for (supposedly the guard in the tower had a cell phone which is against protocols)...focus on the for profit prison system is the real issue. The private correctional companies in some of these prisons are an abomonation. Not sure if the correctional services were private at Chester...don't think so...PA got rid of most if my facts are correct. Nonetheless, Fox is feasting on the government sux narrative so let's get some autocrats in there to establish law and order canard....
Was at Deadfest in that area last night. On the way home, I encountered a minimum of 70 police vehicles, all with their high beams on. My GPS kept sending me in directions that were blocked off and the high beams were blinding me. Went down one-way roads the wrong way because I couldn't see. I must have had conversations with about a dozen cops.
It's a good thing I was stoned or it could have become dicey.
