So yesterday I went for a bike ride, last year or so I've been riding almost exclusively indoors but it's really beautiful where I live now so decided it was time to get back on the roads. About a mile or so from my house, I'm on a downhill going probably between 25 and 30 mph and all of a sudden a bear scampers across the road about 20 yards in front of me. I think it was more scared of me than I was of it.

The joys of country living.

Was it on cocaine?

Switzerland is definitely on the bucket list one day.

If you’re on FB or IG follow Rasta the White Shepherd.Rasta is a dog (German Shepherd) and his owner is a photographer who takes pictures of him in the most rediculously beautiful places you can imagine. It seems like it should be illegal to live in such a beautiful place.

Anybody else get that "We value your privacy" window here that no matter what option you click, it never closes, you have to refresh and often it shows up again? Happens to me in Chrome / win10, Edge / win11. Impossible to use the site. Impossible.

I doubt anyone cares but I feel like I'm creating some accountability for myself by posting. I've been hitting the gym quite a bit lately. This has been my routine for the last couple weeks. I'm feeling f***ing excellent and excited to keep seeing the numbers go up.

If you eat all the weights in the gym you'll absorb their power

Get it.
I bought an exercise bike and I routinely walk around it to go to the bathroom in my basement.
