By the way, these are the records of the teams these two have faced.

Lundqvist: .906
Jets - 8-7-1
Oilers - 10-4-2
Capitals - 11-2-3
Canucks - 9-3-3
Sabres - 9-4-2
Bruins - 11-2-2

Combined Record: 58-22-13 (or 58-35) - Win % .623

Georgiev: .913
Senators - 4-9-1 (2x)
Devils - 4-5-4
Coyotes - 9-4-2
Lightning - 6-5-2
Predators - 9-4-2

Combined Record: 32-27-11 (or 32-38) - Win % .457

Tonight is the first night Henrik will start against a "weak" team. The quality of competition the two have been in net for is not remotely close. It is another reason why I do not understand Quinn's and the fans obsession with Georgiev in net.

What gives ?

Not please with this - but Quinn did a good job with ADA and Buch last year. Maybe this is more about developing Lias and Lindgren, than about getting Staal and the Keg in there.

I'm somewhat frustrated Lias hasn't been given a shot with real players this year, and I think Howden is continuously given a pass for whatever reason, but it is what it is.

I'll trust Quinn until he gives me a reason not to.

I believe my 11 yo son could of done a good job with ada and buch last year.

The only problem I have with Quinn so far is not playing Lias higher up the lineup, at least for a full game. Then again, Lias needs to force his way into the top 9 with his play, and he hasn’t done that very consistently. As far as scratching Lias and Lindgren, it’s one game. Just look at ADA and Buch last year. Wasn’t a fan of the scratches at the time, but something seems to be working.

And sadly, we all knew Staal was coming back in after a loss. That’s not a Quinn thing. That’s an NHL coach thing.

Andersson has a mere secondary assist and a 36% shot share at even strength this season, hasn't been noticeable at all carrying the puck or making any kind of plays.

I get his usage has been less than ideal, but he's been ****.

He isn't very good, another NYR first round blunder. I'll never understand drafting a slow 5'11 center with the 7th pick. That said I wouldn't scratch him for McKegg.
