Every year the lineup decisions are just ****ing awful
What happens to lineup decisions being a meritocracy? Asking for Ryan Lindgren.
Lmao Quinn.
I hope they get embarrassed now.
Neither of Lindgren/Hajek needed to be scratched. Skjei needed to sit for a game, and Hajek needed to be moved off the top pairing.Even if Quinn wanted to get Staal back in there, he scratched the wrong rookie.
Didn’t he literally preach “meritocracy” a week ago? Then basically says “no one deserves to sit but I have to defer to getting Staal in”? Horrible communication.
This is just further evidence that Quinn has a long way to go to be a quality NHL coach. The fact that we won a couple of games changes nothing. Look at what Trotz is getting out of a very mediocre Islanders roster.
I don't want to go down a rabbit hole but that is not the case.
McIlrath was a bad pick from day one because fundamentally he just wasn't a good player and was a huge project.
Lias has the talent and tools but he is getting yo-yo'd so much that I don't think we are putting him in a position to succeed. I feel like that the organization should shoulder a good bit of the blame if Lias doesn't succeed where as McIlrath it was mostly on him.
I hope the team loses because Twitter wanted different lines.
I'm flummoxed
always adding value to the conversation you are.
4-2 seems too high for a game at MSG with it being Howard vs Lundqvist.Hey guys! How many goals do you think will be scored tonight? It always seems so unpredictable, but I don't really see the Wings scoring more than 2 on Lundqvist. I think you will win 4-2 or something like that. Good luck!![]()
Thank you so much for answering!4-2 seems too high for a game at MSG with it being Howard vs Lundqvist.
