That's also not the contract that many of those employees signed. Most employment contracts stipulate a specific amount of hours required to work.

Good way to make sure your company has no one to work for you. The people who signed on to work at Tesla did so knowing they were going to work for a company that demanded those kinds of standards. The people at Twitter are likely in a state of shock and disbelief at the transition they are witnessing. The hardball routine that works for the company he established will work fine there because that's always what expectations were. It will not work as part of a takeover.

My oldest is taking the bus for the first time and a few weeks back was upset because he said he was being made fun of. My wife got really mad and wanted to find out who and talk to someone, etc. I was mad, but quickly thought, in terms of shit he was going to have to deal with in life, being made fun of by a kid on the bus was pretty small. Gave him some pointers, but wanted to let him figure it out on his own.
Couple days ago I got an email from the teacher that he made another kid on the bus cry because the kid got a hair cut and my son called him a "bald baby" Get rekt, bitch.

I got a neighbor who I've seen legit curse out a 10-12 year old kid at the park once. The neighbor's son (6-7) was playing football with a group of boys who were older (10-12). The football hit the neighbor's son in the face and one of the boys olds laughed at him. So the neighbor decided to curse out the 10 year old because of it, quite literally stating during part of the rant, "I'll kick the living shit out of your right now, I don't give a shit you're 10 years old." All of the other parents tried to calm him down, myself included (10 year old parent was not there); he just continued. He started cursing out all of the parents as well....
This dude has a huge anger problem, and it's not the first time I've seen him threaten other people.
