That top line is looking solid. Hopefully bergy comes back, marchy stays hit and backes shares the wealth to the second line.

Good ****ing period though

Pasta March and Backes. Those guys are looking great. Once Bergy comes back we will start cookin. Very pumped to see the resiliency and the no quit. I was nervous. Welcome to Boston David!!!

Best D has been Colin by a ****ing mile. Very impressed by him so far.

Colin has been the best of the young D thus far. Looks more composed.

O'Gara has been fine outside of that one bad turnover.

Carlo had a rough start but his last few shifts have been good.

Great period. Marchand owned that period. Pasta and Backes looking great too.

Trade Krejci and his $7.25 mil cap hit for a D-man. Surely they can find a team Krejci would be willing to go to. I can live with Backes, Bergy, and Spooner centering the top three lines.

Never said that

I'm glad we're getting younger but the rookies are really struggling tonight hoping its nerves and Saturday will be better

Yeah, just yanking your chain a bit. And I agree with you, they look a bit overwhelmed at times by the intensity. Hopefully they'll get it together moving forward.

Like I said before, I think Backes is going to bring a LOT to this team. He reminds me of Recchi. Just you can tell. A leader.

It was so slick this year watching Marchand play in the World Cup here in Toronto.

Usually my buddies just chirp him, but they all had to begrudgingly cheer for him lol It was satisfying

Chiller has looked good. I wish he would show more confidence in the offensive one and shoot more. He has a cannon of a shot. O'Gara and Carlo have been fine. Carlo has been left out to dry a couple times by the veteran forwards so he's definitely not getting sheltered much. Both guys will get better with more experience.
