Raises the ticket prices and raises parking prices while missing the playoffs year after year...

That's not a recipe for high attendance.

As expected, the last couple of years have caught up with them. It's going to take playoff noise to get things back on track.

Is that actually it? 11400 seems really low regardless of how the team is doing.

To further comment on the attendance numbers, the game last Friday didn't have good numbers either. And that was after they gave away tickets at NC State. Now, I don't know if they were taken into account or how many people actually used those tickets, but still that's a little upsetting.

Look at attendance the last 2 years and then look at this. What else could it be if not fans turning off due to a lack of team success? It's hard to believe that attendance would plummet like this if the team had been even moderately watchable while they had fan buy-in.

We're averaging 16K at home this season though. It seems like losing 4-5K fans off of that number shouldn't be because of one losing streak.

The attendance was crap last year even with the good start once all the vouchers/half-off deals went away. Not as bad as this year, but still, this team has really never had fan support ever outside of the playoffs.

Peters needs to play with Charmin filled pads or something. I can't believe the Islanders haven't been able to get to one of his rebounds so far.

That's not what I mean... our STH numbers are clearly down from last year and the losing streak + opponent + timing depresses single-game sales. If our STH numbers were better and the team had some hype this would have been a 14k kind of game, but prolonged frustration is starting to take a toll. The biggest thing being STH losses.

Got it. Do you have the numbers on STH sales this year vs. last year?

Parking price increase, ticket price increase, ALL CONCESSIONS increased, just awful.

15 dollars for a chicken tender combo and a mountain dew? I felt like I got robbed on Tuesday.
