Where are you getting that? Before tonight at ES without McDavid this year he’s been on the ice for 19GF and 12 GA, a 61.3 GF%, while McDavid without Draisaitl had 20GF and 22GA. Draisaitl‘s other underlying numbers are also strong without McDavid: 57% xGF%, 61.2% HDCF, etc.
Also before tonight he had 17 ES points in 437:33 at ES without McDavid, a 2.33 P/60. Obviously much worse than his numbers with McDavid, but still quite strong when you consider who he’s usually playing with without McDavid. It’s better than what guys like Nylander and Jack Hughes have put up in total this season.
