lol. Burger King is absolute trash. The fact that they have burger" in their name and all they have is the whopper which is no where what it used to be is saying a lot. Easily the worst fast food place in Canada next to maybe Arby's. Tied for last. That's not even an opinion but a fact. haha

Burger King is pretty terrible lol. Five Guys is the true king of fast food imo. I like munching on their salted peanuts while I'm waiting for my food.

Speaking of bad fast food, I made the mistake of ordering some Buffalo chicken strips at Dairy Queen yesterday. Yuck, never ever again! Good thing most of the cost was covered on a gift card I got for Christmas. I've had oven chicken strips from Costco that were way better than that trash.

Want to see the oilers continue to come out strong right out of the gate.

They've played the west teams well and if they continue that trend, we can and should make the playoffs.

Differences:

Better goaltending.

Byfield grown up into a power forward.

Moore back on game, he was really off last season.

PLD is basically taking on a carrying role being Center with exclusively bottomsix players. Right now Laferriere and Kaliyev. This allows Kings to have 3 lines with strong Centers and Lizotte on 4th is no hack either.

Kings have had first full season of Gavrikov steadying things and Spence is having a coming out party as a playmaker.

But Kings win a lot because of depth and being able to roll lines and outwork opponents. This works well in regular season, not as much in playoffs. Decently coached team with vet core that believes in playing the right way and with whole team buy in.

It's really too bad they got rid of Durzi, always enjoyed him being a free GF each game. Oh well, just need to wait a few more years for the inevitable Kopitar and doughty cliff.

they used to be one of the most underrated fast food items, but I've noticed the quality of them decline so much that I don't even buy them anymore. not sure if it is just the few locations I frequent, but it has been a shame.

I never really took to Fat Burger. Of the chains available in Canada I think the Whopper used to be the best burger but it seems like BK's quality control has gone down the shitter the last several years. They don't have many locations in Canada either which doesn't help.

Can't go five minutes without seeing a damn Subway or Tim Horton's though.

But in the US, especially the West Coast most people swear by In N' Out, Five Guys vs. In N' Out is almost always like a trouncing victory for In N' Out.

I like Whoppers but my biggest problem with Burger King is their fries. Not only do they give you tiny portions of fries but their fries are also brutal.
