For the Jets, something like this :

1. Brad Lambert (30th 2022)
2. Rutger McGroarty (14th 2022)
3. Elias Salomonsson (55th 2022)
4. Colby Barlow (18th 2023)
5. Ville Heinola (20th 2019)
6. Nikita Chibrikov (50th 2021)
7. Alfons Freij (37th 2024)
8. Dmitri Rashevsky (146th 2021)
9. Jacob Julien (146th 2023)
10. Thomas Milic (151st 2023) or maybe Kevin He if you want to exclude goalies

Different Jets fans will argue the order endlessly.

*Chaz Lucius would probably be 4th if his unlucky ass could stay healthy. Here's hoping

I don't own a team. However, I do "draft" in MBS. As Buffalo for 5 years and Detroit the past 2.

Buffalo

  1. Kulich
  2. Luneau
  3. Helenius
  4. Brunicke
  5. Fisker-Molgard
  6. Raty
  7. Petra
  8. Brzustewicz
  9. Marrelli
  10. Sapovaliv
  11. Lassila
  12. P Fischer
  13. Soini

Detroit

  1. Dvorsky
  2. Ritchie
  3. Brandsegg-Nygard
  4. Fisker-Molgard
  5. Pekarcik
  6. Brzustewicz
  7. Marrelli
  8. Jecho
  9. P Fischer
  10. Soini

My strategies might be more about pipeline need than many--thus the four RHD for Buffalo and the focus on forwards for Detroit. For Buffalo I went to 13 because I consider 9-13 to have similar potential to make the NHL.

Any prospect could be anything if you speak in hypotheticals.
Some hypotheticals are more reasonable that others.

Hypothetically, I could become the King of Denmark. Its more reasonable that Yakemchuk will emerge as the top defenceman of his draft class. But then again, I am feeling somewhat regal as I post this.

vegas and dallas - who wants to take a shot? man the stars are terrible beyond the top few (although i'd rather have the top end guys
and absolute crap versus boston churning out a lot of good bottom roster prospects)

So you're retreating from "provide more offensive production than many of the highly touted forwards drafted in his draft class." ?

dang the leafs pool is in some rough shape!
These are my top ten or so prospects based on my opinion on their likely projections:
Tier 1: Cowan
Tier 2: Danford, Hildeby, Greb, Minten
Tier 3: Tverberg, Niemela, Aktyamov
Tier 4: Chadwick, Hirvonen, Quillan, Kokkonen, Webber
Missing a really solid C and top pairing D.
I don’t think it’s that bad. Missing a top C and top D can probably be said about most prospect systems

Cowan has top line potential, tier 2 can all be quality pieces. Have some potential dark horses in the lower tiers

I'll try for the Wings. If I missed any parameters about what defines a prospect, my bad.

1. Simon Edvinsson
2. Nate Danielson
3. Axel Sandin-Pellikka
4. Marco Kasper
5. Albert Johannson
6. Michael Brandsegg-Nygard
7. Carter Mazur
8. Sebastian Cossa
9. Trey Augustine
10. Dmitri Buchelnikov

HM - Shai Buium, William Wallinder

I assumed that Berggren doesn't count for some reason, haha.

Just curious to hear if Chibrikov over Rashevsky is a common opinion amongst Jets fans and what the thought behind this is? Rashevsky has always had better stats in Russia than Chibrikov despite being drafted 100 spots later.

1. C Shane Wright
2. C Berkly Catton*
3. LW Carson Rehkopf
4. RW Jagger Firkus
5. C David Goyette
6. LW Eduard Sale
7. LD Ryker Evans
8. RD Ty Nelson
9. RW Jani Nyman
10. C Oscar Fisker-Molgaard

I'm excited about having Catton, but the need for high-potential D in the prospect pool is obvious.

2. Reinbacher
3. Hutson
4. Roy
5. Hage
6. Beck
7. Engstrom
8. Mailloux
9. Kapanen
10. Xhekaj

Something like that... I wish it was stronger a bit but losing Slaf, Guhle, Dach and Newhook on top of the terrible Mesar pick does that, I guess.

Fowler is absolutely there.

The Stars can't be terrible with the top 6 they have. It's actually one of the better ones in the league. Even their depth isn't too bad.

Vegas though is pretty shallow.

Very weak.
