9. Topias Vilen - 19 years old and playing 19 minutes a night in Liiga. Big jumps in production and ice time. Seems somewhat promising, and the bottom of the top 10 is pretty much whatever anyway.

10. Josh Filmon - call it a speculation add in the top 10

I think once you get to 7-10, its pretty much whatever.

Definitely took a few games to get his feet under him but in his first year in NA makes sense. He’s looked pretty good since. Might end up playing in the NHL after the deadline.
