I'm still annoyed about the broadcast team laughing after Nico got hurt. I know, they didn't know it at that point, but when the camera panned over to Nico on the bench it was obvious Nico wasn't grimacing from making a bad play. However, the stupid giggling continued.

Our third line tonight is disgusting. Cotter-Dowling Halonen. Oof!!

Tonight’s game underscores the point many of us have already made. If Jack or Nico go down long term, we are screwed. Fitz has done so many great things but the lack of attention to center ice through drafts, etc, is really a black mark on his record until remedied.

Still a pretty winnable game IMO.

Our last game against them was one of the most underwhelming, just dead games of the year, next to maybe that one in Calgary in the first month of that season.

Though that did seem to be peak illness period. After a strong start the next day against Ottawa, it seemed they repeated that game for the final 40 minutes and had no answer when trailing by just one goal in the 3rd against Ottawa.

Man they just showed a replay of the outstanding Tatar goal from Saturday on the broadcast. They showed Timo's great play to keep the puck possession in the O-zone while the team was getting fresh legs on the ice. Didn't get a point on that but those plays win you games.
