New glassman? He's missed (I think I calculated this right) 38.6% of the games over the last 3 seasons. I don't think too many were healthy scratches. Most of those were injury scratches.

It's been a bad team during his tenure. His decisions warrant criticism, but I'm not sure his level of in season activity does. He has been active in most of these seasons. And I'm sure he'll make a move or two (probably much to my chagrin) this year closer to the deadline.

Last year he sat on his hands for too long coming off the season they did. The goaltending was bad coming into the season and it took him until the deadline to actually do something about it and Lindy hung around for way too long too.

Would changing any of those things gotten them into the playoffs? Maybe not, but not doing anything sealed their fate.

We're pissing away years with our young core.

As I mentioned in the other thread, Vegas doesn't seem to have a problem making big deals every 5 minutes and they seem to be doing OK.

It was hilarious . A lot of NHL highlight videos/ commercials / promos had clips of Harrold getting crushed and ran over in multiple instances. I would cringe every time I’d watch them. It was embarrassing as a Devils fan watching a Devils player getting blown up that badly. That guy took a beating
