Predators win in a shootout. So tied with the Caps on points, but a half game behind them in percentage.

Vitek sucks and is tanking our season. Not sure what else there is to say on that.

I mean.....We could stop playing him so much.

If Ruff only treated him like he treated Jon Gillies 2 years ago and kept him out of nets as much as possible, we could at least see what we have in somebody else.

And Vitek hasn't been as bad as Gillies, but he's closer than an NHL caliber goalie should be to Jon Gillies, who is absolutely not NHL caliber.

And Gillies isn't even 30 years old and is not even signed to play anywhere this year. Not even in the AHL.

His record is actually stupid good for how terrible he's played. It's truly astonishing.

It makes me wonder how much we would have won if we had .900% goaltending in his games and not .882% or whatever he's down to after tonight.

That's actually a testament to the team.

At least only got a PT. We still sorta in a business spot.

Yeah VV is 13-6-1 but with brutal numbers. I don’t think we’d fare much better with Schmid playing all the time, dude is the minors now that Daws is back.

Crappy situation but it is what it is at this point. Maybe Daws steps up, we just have to ride it out and hopefully Fitz doesn’t do anything stupid.

We’ve pissed away some points but we’re still in a good spot.

It was the stretch in the middle of the 2nd that cost them the game.

They most likely deserved an OTL in this but Vitek couldn't save an extra goal or two

Schmid hasn't been good either but Ruff seemed to refuse to play him outside the 2nd half of back to backs where we have other issues.

So I was team bad d play and bad goaltending in October and November. Both needed to improve

I have seen vast improvements in the Dzone play. Its not perfect, but its much better.

I am at the end of my leash with Vitek. We need to move on. I hope to god he makes me eat crow, but this cant continue
