I don’t have any illusions the Rangers will miss the playoffs but it seems like they’re ready to do some crazy panic shit, and I’m here for it

I don't think it's panic at all. It's proactive. This group isn't good enough and it's not like they're identifying the wrong pieces to move. Lindgren and Trouba are f***ing awful. Kreider's cratered hard at 5v5. I don't think they can get off Trouba mid season but moving Lindgren out and adding say Pettersson makes them better.

Time for a PP bail out to start the comeback. No goal here and you can put a fork in it.

I can totally see us bringing this to 3-2 and Markstrom giving up a game winning stinker from almost the blue line.

Isn't that what happened against Detroit? Only I think we were tied when he did that, and that wound up being the game winner with 3 or 4 minutes left.

I firmly believe we are in a last chance state with Foote.

We're just making sure there's nothing there. That's probably why he got the call up. He's gonna be turfed soon if he doesn't contribute anything. First he'll be turfed back to Utica, then he'll be let go by the organization in the offseason.

If he doesn't show anything. He hasn't in this call up.

He probably won't be anything, but not sure 2 games in a call up is enough to determine anything.

Do they even need to tell us the Blues only have 1 shot on goal since the 2nd started?

All you need to do is see the score for them is still at 3 and not 4 or higher to know that.

Rest assured it would be more than 3-0 if he faced many more shots with how bad he looked in the 1st.

I'm honestly surprised he didn't go 0 for 1 on that 1 shot faced since the start of the 2nd.
