1) I think Deboer knows more about Kovy's endurance than you
2) I think Kovy knows more about his endurance than you
3) You said that if not for Hedberg, they could be down "3 or 4"... well... they are down 3...

When was the last time Kovalchuk scored while being double shifted with 4th liners?

Captain or no captain, it doesn't matter.

The offense needs to get going. The idiotic, "want some help with these goals, Isles?" plays need to stop. This team is on pace to beat themselves this game. But if they come out strong and score a quick goal, it's a whole different game.

We'll see, though. Has the puck been flat on the ice like...at all this game?

Henrique only has 13 SOG all year, Parise and Karrlson both have has 10 shot games. He needs to do better

Hopefully they use whatever magic during this intermission that they used yesterday to spark the team.

I'll be damned If Tallinder dresses as a Devil again he is garbage and that's how it's always been, soft as ****. Another 3.4 Million dollar cone.

We have been complaining the last couple of games and he got the captaincy after one good playoff run, he didn't deserve it to begin with

I think the coaching staff knows more about his leadership than you do

Couldn't agree more, he is absolutely terrible. They need to ship him out asap

Hopefully they can get it together for the 3rd!

I think its pretty obvious that Fayne > Tallinder at this point. I don't think we can get that much for Tally but we might as well try. This very well may be the forward corps we roll into the playoffs with. I'm okay with it, as long as we give Loktionov a chance to center the third line at some point.

This is just an audition for Tallinder. As long as he can skate and doesn't get tangled in the goal net, he is going to be traded.

Zubrus will be back for the playoffs

How has one two minute 2nd period segment turned this forum into a madhouse? I understand there were some piss-poor breakdowns.. and now this team is losing this game.....but the trashing this team all of a sudden, on a back-to-back night...the same team at the top of the Eastern Conference?

In essence,...I'm reading:

"DeBoer is an idiot"
"Strip Salvador, trade him for scraps, he's useless"
"4th line should never have Kovy doubleshifted"
"Fayne would have saved us from this

The sky is not falling...or at least its far from falling.

I like Sherry but she gets kind of intolerable when we are losing. She goes super negative. Kind of like how some people in here get. Some of you guys are nuts.

Fayne sitting was not good. You get a weak Tally and create bad pairings like Volch-Sal. They should never be together.
