5th overall.
Still has his hockey IQ, but looks shockingly small and weak in a tournament like thisOrcatown touched on it but Hirose is a player who has totally lost the plot. Looks like an AHL/ECHL tweener.

Whats his option look like for next year ?i really like Romani’s game.
thoughts on Romani so far? And will another year in the C benefit him ? Or should he explore other optionsSavoie really does not look good. Perhaps Buffalo wasn’t as dumb as people think. Looks like he’s still a few years away from being an NHL player
They gave up a young, speedy 3c for a boom-bust small winger. Buffalo made out like bandits.Savoie really does not look good. Perhaps Buffalo wasn’t as dumb as people think. Looks like he’s still a few years away from being an NHL player
think he has another year of northbay. he has another season before he counts as overage.Shorten the bench

He looks ok, still pretty raw though. I wouldn’t try and rush his developmentthoughts on Romani so far? And will another year in the C benefit him ? Or should he explore other options
Pettersson has shown some promise, but he’s still a long ways away from being NHL ready. The top forward line is click against this level of competition with all three of them bringing a key element to the attack. I've been impressed with Pettersson all over the rink and think Kudryavtsev has looked excellent in the o-zone.
Klimovich needs to show more at an event like this. Hirose is also looking like he just doesn't have the frame to cut it as a pro.
few shifts where he looked like GagneHow has lekk been?
He's going to need to show that he can adjust to the AHL this season and he'd be below McWard on the depth chart if McWard was playing, but looking like our best all around defender here is a good sign.Pettersson has shown some promise, but he’s still a long ways away from being NHL ready.

Not watching but drance tweeted Raty line dominating ?Lots of the period looked like a Canuck PP. Team needs some finish however. Guys like Romani getting chances but probably clutting the stick a little too hard.
Raty, so far, disappointing.
Overall Sasson likely our best forward although Lekkermaki most dynamic.
Bains doing some good things but leaves lots of doubt that he has the game to move up to the next level. Lacks enough smoothness and skating remains a big issue.
Kudry some good, some bad. Showing enough to believe he has some potential. Has a chance to be decent in Abby.
Goalie emerging as our best player. Covering up for a lot sloppy play around the net. Forwards will need to carry the play to keep the pressure off the D.
Mostly due to Lekk. This oilers team is also really really bad, it’s a bit deceiving. Not watching but drance tweeted Raty line dominating ?
