Palmieri's been a beast this year, but when you Kalinin'in him with Zajac, he's gonna struggle. This is the worst I've seen of Zajac ever. He looks worse than Josefson ever did as a Devil. I'm not even kidding, that's the gods honest truth.

Also, I don't have a problem with Zajac. It's his usage. It's completely fine if he's used as the defensive center that he is, that's the player he is now and it's okay. But he's being put with Palms and MoJo, guys that are expected to produce offense, and he is clearly weighing them down. The problem is whether or not Zacha is ready for that kind of position. We don't really have another option unfortunately. I think Zacha could do well there but I highly doubt the coaching staff will try it out.

Agreed, at first I thought he was just rusty from the injury layoff, now i’m convinced he just sucks. Coleman is a better player than him at this point, hopefully the staff will realize this eventually.

THANK GOD for Coleman and Boyle, being able to produce at least a lot of what he brought before this season. Both are outscoring him by quite a bit too.

I need to see definitive proof for overturning that goal. Nearside blue line cam was really close but the puck was blocked from view by Halls skate, still don't know how the hell they determined it wasn't in the zone before his skate came off the ice from that view from the other side.

that was such a joke - no way any of those replays showed conclusive evidence to overturn. not a chance. buffalo whined about something the other night and got a call. NJ played a little careless at times, especially in OT - but overall cant be overly pissed at that effort. one of those games where the bounces wouldnt go. so many missed calls on buffalo imo too.

Zajac isn't even playing well enough to justify a spot on our 4th line right now. The team is playing an up tempo style where making crisp passes and applying pressure is key, and he's as much of a black hole at doing those things as Hayes had been.

We lost to the worst team in the east. Our coach got out coached horribly in OT, our goalie coughed up the lead and lost it for us in OT and let a dman score his first goal of the season against him.

We also got f***ed by the refs who called back a goal that should have given us the win.

There's no Bettman conspiracy on the call...it's just the same bush league garbage the league has engaged in for a couple of decades now.

A league constantly trying to find ways to increase scoring regularly takes away goals based on a technicality that is completely antithetical to the spirit of the game/rules.
