Hey guys, I have a question (because I'm pretty inept at things like this).

So I'm setting up a keeper league on yahoo (first time doing a keeper), and I'm the commish. How do I go about this? The league is set up, and we're doing an auction draft. I want to do it so that each team, maybe 3/4 of the way through the season, can decide which 20 out of 25 players they want to keep for the upcoming season.

But all the keeper options I'm given in the commish tools make no sense to me. They all point towards this idea of determining which players are keeper players, before the draft even starts?

Any help would be great.

I'm not 100% on this, but I believe keepers are chosen prior to the draft, and if it's the first year, it should be a clean draft since there were no prior teams to determine keepers.

Ah, so basically when I renew the league next season, I will get to decide which of the players from the previous season stay on each team.
