It would have been better if the Bombers brought in Cornelius rather than Dolegala. Corny has plenty of flaws is not "good" but he has shown more potential over the years than Dolegala. I guess Dolegala actually playing this year might have played a role...but he is awful. With that said, he might actually be able to generate more yards than Wilson. With Streveler gone for the season, the Bombers probably have the worst backup in the league with the possible exception of Calgary.

Statement games by the Bombers on Friday. They absolutely destroyed the Elks. Bombers haven't won a regular season game in Hamilton since 2017 when the Cats were awful so I think they will be hard-pressed to win next weekend against a red hot Bo-Levi Mitchell.

If the Bombers lose and Saskatchewan wins, I'll be pretty worried that the Riders might sneak into first place in the coming weeks. While he doesn't generate as many TDs as you would like to see, the Harris-led offense seems to generate plenty of yardage.
Bombers by double digits and it will look flattering to the Ti Cats. Ti Cats are a one dimensional, predictable offense and the worst defense in the league. Their QB always has been and always will be a LOSER.

Their defense has really turned a corner since Chris Jones came aboard. What they were earlier in the year doesn't reflect what they are now.

Their offense however, is a bit of a mirage. Basically relying on Mitchell to drag them to production.

I'm not seeing it on the defense. The scores don't look any better. They've held one team under 25 points in their last 9 games.

I definitely don't share your respect for Chris Jones who left the Elks with the 2nd worst defense in the league.

Just popping in to say that it's been really fun following the Bombers' season exclusively via updates to this thread title.
Haha. Interesting to hear. I've been doing this for years now and honestly I've been running out of ideas for titles so they've been getting more weird lol. This one was supposed to be a spin on the old CBC show "Kenny vs Spenny" but I'm not sure if anyone picked up on that haha (it was a fairly obscure show I barely remember). Your not the first person to mention thread titles recently, so I guess I'm doing something right lol

Chris-Ike blocking is looking fantastic. Underrated piece that's struggled with injuries in his rookie year. Young Milanovic-Litre.

Urgh sack back to long FG. Nvm punt after Neufeld injury. Only brought 6 OL with them to Hamilton, that hurts.
