That will change, he's improved his stock here this game. Just in 2010, the Morrow-Bergeron line started as the 4th and slowly moved up to the 3rd by the final. Wouldn't surprise me to see that Beregeron-Tavares-Benn line move up to one of the top 3 lines by the end of the tournament.

Also yay Nuke :D

After watching Canada play, I can't believe Seguin wasn't selected over Jeff Carter, Rick Nash, Kunitz, or Marleau.

Tyler has more skill and a better shot than all three of those guys even on his worst nights.

Carter had 3 chances I saw where he got stoned one on one with the goalie.

I don't get the whole Sidney Crosby is hard to play with thing. Yeah he makes ridiculous plays but if he was such a God at hockey he can make whoever he is playing with better like Lebron.

Man that Nuke goal is pretty impressive. When he finally get's a complete feel for the NHL ice it's going to be unstoppable.

Going into the season, people were saying Nuke only has one move. He was only able to utilize it in the preseason and not once during the regular season. I thought it was funny that he was able to do it in his first Olympic game. I bet in those aforementioned trade threads, people will try to cite him only having one move to downgrade his value.

It's really weird not seeing Fedorov out there with Russia.

Seeing Nuke on this team and the confidence it brings to his game is a massive peak into the future for his NHL career. The Malkin comparisons are very spot on from my point of view. People bounce off of him when they go for hits, his vision is superb, he's got a fantastic shot, and his speed speaks for itself. Add onto of that his two-way game that gets better every week and you've got a superstar in the making.

Well, Garrincha only had one move, but nobody could stop him. One move isn't a bad thing if it always works.

Also going to be interesting to see which NHL team takes a chance on Ticar. I think he's a pretty great player for Slovenia.

Don't understand how Benn, Tavares and Bergeron can play 4th line minutes that entire game while Kunitz and Carter can get keep getting thrown out there when they're being terrible.

I agree with both, but Carter has to be the bigger mistake. The guy has been awful/snake bitten for the past couple months. At least Kunitz has some history of playing well with Crosby. At some point ... and it'll probably be Bergeron I guess ... he has to get replaced.

Glad Nuke got a goal, but it wasn't really anything special. Sure he blew by the defender, but he lost control of the puck and was lucky the goalie just let it slide in.
Honestly I thought Benn's goal was better.

So what happens if Kari and Finland completely shut down a battered/tired Norway coming off their game with Canada? Seems like a very real possibility. Does that make him likely to start on the 16th against the Canadians after a day off?
