With their win tonight, Rocket's hopes are still alive.

Let's hope Syracuse's play will be strong this week as they battle both Belleville mid-week and Utica next weekend.

And then it would be do or die for us against Belleville next weekend.

If Syracuse manage to beat Utica once this week and Laval beat Belleville twice in regulation, Laval would make the playoffs.

Go Syracuse! Go Laval!

Time to send Struble back for that b2b IMO.

Xhekaj will need to work on his lower body strength, work on his speed and add some mass.

I wouldn't have put him on the 4th line with McKay and Bourque but he did get him a lot of ice in the 3rd.
You do realize you say this same stuff about most of the Kids you evaluate.
Not that you are wrong though.

Yeah, Montréal's season ends Tuesday, so hopefully they send Struble down for that back-to-back. They can use a D like him. He'll get 2 days off to rest, too.

that's the case for 90% of kids going from the CHL to AHL. But with Xhekaj it's not like Kidney, Farrell, Mysak, etc.. he's so tall but his lower body looks too lean but he 100% plays a power game so I'm not concerned just that when he does he's going to be even more of a beast.

Is the tie breaker regulation wins? If so, Laval basically in the playoffs already…nice coincidence that those last 2 games are against B sens
