Worst Raw in a while, IMO.

Maybe the IC title is going to be the midcard belt to get a ladder match?
 
...are we getting Judgement Day vs Impdrium 6 man tag for all the gold at Mania.... weird way to give Imperium the titles cause that would be the absolute stupidest way to end Gunthers reign

Doubt it...I'm guessing it's Dom vs. Gunther (which I actually like) and Imperium vs. Priest/Balor.

I think this is way too far down the line for this particular match, but don't be surprised if they load up that first big NBC special of the new Smackdown contract with a huge match.

I'd be shocked if they do Dom vs. Gunther at Mania.

Gunther essentially turns babyface for kicking the shit out of Dom on the biggest show of the year. Probably not a good idea for a guy that's clearly lined up for a major world title run as a monster heel in the next year or so.

I do like how they're introducing all these various possibilities for a shot against Gunther though... As long as it doesn't end in a multi-man match.

I was thinking the same thing in regards to Dom v Gunther. Crowds would be so firmly in Gunther’s corner for that, and there’s no way that f***ing Dom should be the one to end that reign. Under no circumstances should that happen. Then they’re stuck with a very over babyface Gunther

Although I suppose there’s still time to keep him in a tweener role until he’s ready for his main event push.

I just think that IC Title match deserves better than Dominik Mysterio
 
I could half get behind a gauntlet match to include Sami and Gable. But it'd require Gunther running the gauntlet and beating everybody. That's yet another reign that should not end with a f***ed up finish.

I dunno...I just watched the RAW highlights and it was looking like they were building to a WM JD vs. Gunther match to me. Only reason I picked Dom was because I assume they'd want the tag titles defended.

They sowed the seeds for JD vs Gunther, Sami vs Gunther, and Gable vs Gunther.

So it could be a multi match build, though I doubt that since I'm pretty sure that's what the US Title match will be.

More likely they just want to keep the audience guessing for now. Maybe we get some kind of #1 contenders fatal 4 way or tournament out of it.

Doesn't really make sense to do anything other then a 1 on 1 for the IC title with how built up Gunther's run is.

No way in hell should they have Dominic f***ing Mysterio end Gunther's title reign. Especially after all the people that Gunther has destroyed over his tenure as IC champion.

I mean yeah, it's all scripted but for the love of God, the WWE Universe would go ballistic if they decided to have Gunther lose to Dom.

Dom is stiff, and possesses nowhere near the level of athleticism his father has and always has had.
