Just throwing this out there...

Unless Nick Aldis either can't or doesn't want to wrestle anymore, hiring a 6' 4" 240 pound 36 year old who can talk and has a look to be a GM is a complete waste of talent.

And not to play into a common Vince-ism, but the GM being bigger and looking like more of a star than 90% of your roster is f***ing dumb. Yeah they did this with Angle 20 years ago, but that was their way of keeping him on screen while he was hurt.
