I don't think Riddle's problem is as much the dick pics as it is the drug use, criminal allegations, etc.

Plenty of current talent (Rollins, Xavier Woods, etc.) who have had those issues and never got shit from management for it. For Riddle it's just another problem on a pile of problems.

I can't imagine the fact the pics keep happening over and over and over help, at least with Rollins and Woods it went away and didn't resurface that I can recall

It's much easier to edit the same script than to write something fresh from the beginning, lol. Maybe they are believers of the "if it ain't broke don't fix it" strategy. Big picture the Smackdown one probably looks the same with some type of Bloodline segment (match or in ring talking).
