Letting the legit toughest son of a ***** on the planet legit punch you in the head until he drew blood was the plan?

Brock is getting a kayfabe suspension most likely that will take him to the Royal Rumble. His dates are low.

WWE... They almost stopped the Joe-Balor match at Takeover Dallas because of blood, but they allow stuff like this.

"It could be an injury, it could be something else. The 30 days... everyone is jumping to that thing and I don't know if it's wrong. Let's put it like this, when she won the title the plan wasn't for her to lose it here." - Meltzer on Sasha

How the hell is Brock low on dates?

They put him on quite a few live events during the Road to Wrestlemania. There were like three live events in January, two in March for sure cause I remember being to one -- may have been three in March, one or two in February plus a couple of Smackdown tapings. They got a bit too comfortable with him.

Man, I wish they put that house show from China on the network. That would be super interesting to watch.

Since the LAW is on commercial I'll just say this here since I said it on WF too: Sasha is like Big E. So god damn stubborn to get their **** in. The only thing is Big E has one stupid spot with his stupid spear, but Sasha has so many - whether it's a dive or a rana most notably, where she looks like she's going to break her damn neck. She's gotta cut that **** out if she wants longevity in her career. If this isn't a suspension and she is nursing ANOTHER injury, then there's even more reason to tone it down.

I'll move the NXT stuff over after, but since I watched it all today I'll just post here first.

NXT Takeover: Brooklyn II

Austin Aries vs. 'No Way' Jose
***

Billie Kay vs. Ember Moon
*1/2

Bobby Roode vs. Andrade 'Cien' Almas
**3/4

The Revival (c) vs. DIY
****3/4

Asuka (c) vs. Bayley
****

Samoa Joe (c) vs. Shinsuke Nakamura
****1/2

WWE Summerslam (Pre-Show)

Uso's, American Alpha, and Hype Bros vs. Breezango, Ascension, and Vaudevillains
I still love the Vaudevillains. They're a perfect heel tag team. Even if they're destined to be jobbers (which is dumb). It was your regular run of the mill spot fest. Nothing awful, sometimes fun, didn't make sense, but it woke up the crowd with some cool spots. The ending really didn't make sense since no one had a clue who the legal wrestlers were, so I'm not sure why the tag mattered - but okay! Breezango are amazing. That is all.
**1/4

Sami Zayn & Neville vs. Dudley Boyz
Well.. it was a match on the card. Sami Zayn is incredible, no matter where he is, but he was in tough to carry this match. Neville is fun. Dudleys aren't terrible, but they're not that good either. Perfectly acceptable and kept short. Kept the tension going between the Dudleys as well.
*3/4

Sheamus vs. Cesaro
My one friend who doesn't watch a lot of wrestling said as soon as he saw Cesaro that he looks like a star. Listen up, WWE. He is a star and he's fantastic in the ring. Sheamus is perfectly acceptable and even better when in there with someone like Cesaro. Match was one of the best pre-show matches of all-time - if not the best. Really good stuff. Sheamus held his own but Cesaro is a special talent.
***1/2

WWE Summerslam

Kevin Owens & Chris Jericho vs. Enzo & Big Cass
Owens and Jericho crack me up. Owens can make a match an automatic * just by being there. So that's a good thing for him. Match was perfectly acceptable and the decision was the right one if I get to see more of Jericho and Owens together.
**1/2

Charlotte vs. Sasha Banks (c)
Two awful botches definitely bring this down quite a bit. I felt like they recovered really well, but Sasha is probably going to die in the right one day unfortunately. Match was really good down the stretch and the finish was awesome. A real shocker, in my honest opinion. Decent enough match, but if you compare it Bayley vs Asuka from Takeover - Actually, you just can't compare them because this match pales in comparison.
**3/4

The Miz (c) w/ Maryse vs. Apollo Crews
Crews had some really decent performances leading up to this match, but honestly... it got no time. Right around the five minute mark, if I remember correctly. Crews looked pretty good and they tried to play off the rookie mistake, but losing that quickly to someone as unprotected as Miz has been is crazy in my mind. Match was fine.
**

AJ Styles vs. John Cena
This... this is the match that beat the tag title match from NXT. It was seriously perfect. The finishers didn't bother me because a lot of them were kicked out of early on. Top stars are going out like that. I really have nothing else to say about this other than it's a full rating match from me.
*****

The Club vs. New Day (c)
Match was good for what it was... building up to another match. Whether Balor joins is unknown at this point. Would be a nice set-up for the start of a Survivor Series match. Anderson is such a good worker and he's pretty funny too. The storyline doesn't seem particularly PG, but it's good nonetheless. Match was fine.
**1/4

Dean Ambrose (c) vs. Dolph Ziggler
I honestly loved the build to this match. But it was still Dolph Ziggler. The guy who lost multiple times to a guy wrestling on Main Event (or Superstars, whatever one) lately. A guy who wasn't on Summerslam. And before that - he lost to everyone else. This was like the Triple H storyline extended basically. Match was pretty good, but the heat was lacking. But if I judged based solely on heat, I'd hate Benoit vs. Malenko from Road Wild and that was a clinic.
***1/2

Becky Lynch, Naomi, & Carmella vs. Natalya, Alexa Bliss, and Nikki Bella (replacing Eva Marie)
Surprisingly decent. Carmella, even though she ate the pin, got a lot of shine spots. Alexa Bliss, although a winner, really did not. Bliss is smoking though. Becky Lynch needs some televised wins bad pretty soon.
**1/4

Seth Rollins vs. Finn Balor
Great, great, great match. Loved it. Crowd was a little pissy about the title belt (and I personally don't love it - but **** it, I don't like any of the current titles really). Balor's presence is already there. Rollins is a guy who is a million bucks too. Just so dependable. Nothing much I can say about this match other than see it somehow.
****

Rusev (c) vs. Roman Reigns
Not sure of the placement on the card, but whatever. Reigns came out of this segment looking like an awful human being, but I'm betting he still gets pushed as the face on RAW tomorrow. Not going to give it a rating considering what it was - but it was solid enough!

Brock Lesnar vs. Randy Orton
I'm 99.9% sure this match was cut early due to the blood. Lesnar was my prediction to win, but I'm sure it was't planned out like it was shown. Lesnar really is kind of boring since his Suplex City crap got huge. Just doesn't scream to me as must see TV. I lose interest in Lesnar pretty quick. It's just the same thing over and over. I wish Heyman would come without him and manage someone else not named Curtis Axel. The ending really hurt it, but not much you can do after Orton was busted.

Re-watched the elbows... that second elbow that knocked Randy out and cut him open even made Heyman yell out. God damn lol.

He was still only showing up once a week. The difference was that he worked fastlane

House shows.

I'll agree with this. Just way to many reckless spots by her, and they just aren't needed. She is an amazing wrestler and the crowd already love her.

The diving knees to the outside were also risky.

It was a pretty great stunt to have Lesnar murder someone with him having so much mainstream heat. Everyone in every medium is going to be talking about this for the next few days. Good for WWE.

Man the amount of people that think Brock decided to clean Orton's clock on his own is crazy. Especially at this point after the dust is settling.

I mean, how can you blame them? He conducts himself as a grade A dbag and no, its not just his character. Brock has the charisma of a toaster.

I'm not saying those people are right, I'm just saying it's not out of the ordinary for them to assume it.

Yup it has made headlines on a few non wrestling news sites already. Saw it on TSN a few minutes ago lol

Nikki confirms she is on SD. Makes sense and I'm guessing Bayley to RAW.

Here here that TNA wasted all that amazing talent, such as Roode who got over in a hot second at Takeover last night, and Joe putting on a MOTYC with Nakamura.
