I'll move the NXT stuff over after, but since I watched it all today I'll just post here first.

WWE Summerslam (Pre-Show)
Uso's, American Alpha, and Hype Bros vs. Breezango, Ascension, and Vaudevillains
I still love the Vaudevillains. They're a perfect heel tag team. Even if they're destined to be jobbers (which is dumb). It was your regular run of the mill spot fest. Nothing awful, sometimes fun, didn't make sense, but it woke up the crowd with some cool spots. The ending really didn't make sense since no one had a clue who the legal wrestlers were, so I'm not sure why the tag mattered - but okay! Breezango are amazing. That is all.

Sami Zayn & Neville vs. Dudley Boyz
Well.. it was a match on the card. Sami Zayn is incredible, no matter where he is, but he was in tough to carry this match. Neville is fun. Dudleys aren't terrible, but they're not that good either. Perfectly acceptable and kept short. Kept the tension going between the Dudleys as well.
*3/4
Sheamus vs. Cesaro
My one friend who doesn't watch a lot of wrestling said as soon as he saw Cesaro that he looks like a star. Listen up, WWE. He is a star and he's fantastic in the ring. Sheamus is perfectly acceptable and even better when in there with someone like Cesaro. Match was one of the best pre-show matches of all-time - if not the best. Really good stuff. Sheamus held his own but Cesaro is a special talent.

WWE Summerslam
Kevin Owens & Chris Jericho vs. Enzo & Big Cass
Owens and Jericho crack me up. Owens can make a match an automatic * just by being there. So that's a good thing for him. Match was perfectly acceptable and the decision was the right one if I get to see more of Jericho and Owens together.
**1/2
Charlotte vs. Sasha Banks (c)
Two awful botches definitely bring this down quite a bit. I felt like they recovered really well, but Sasha is probably going to die in the right one day unfortunately. Match was really good down the stretch and the finish was awesome. A real shocker, in my honest opinion. Decent enough match, but if you compare it Bayley vs Asuka from Takeover - Actually, you just can't compare them because this match pales in comparison.
**3/4
The Miz (c) w/ Maryse vs. Apollo Crews
Crews had some really decent performances leading up to this match, but honestly... it got no time. Right around the five minute mark, if I remember correctly. Crews looked pretty good and they tried to play off the rookie mistake, but losing that quickly to someone as unprotected as Miz has been is crazy in my mind. Match was fine.
**
AJ Styles vs. John Cena
This... this is the match that beat the tag title match from NXT. It was seriously perfect. The finishers didn't bother me because a lot of them were kicked out of early on. Top stars are going out like that. I really have nothing else to say about this other than it's a full rating match from me.
*****
The Club vs. New Day (c)
Match was good for what it was... building up to another match. Whether Balor joins is unknown at this point. Would be a nice set-up for the start of a Survivor Series match. Anderson is such a good worker and he's pretty funny too. The storyline doesn't seem particularly PG, but it's good nonetheless. Match was fine.
**1/4
Dean Ambrose (c) vs. Dolph Ziggler
I honestly loved the build to this match. But it was still Dolph Ziggler. The guy who lost multiple times to a guy wrestling on Main Event (or Superstars, whatever one) lately. A guy who wasn't on Summerslam. And before that - he lost to everyone else. This was like the Triple H storyline extended basically. Match was pretty good, but the heat was lacking. But if I judged based solely on heat, I'd hate Benoit vs. Malenko from Road Wild and that was a clinic.
***1/2
Becky Lynch, Naomi, & Carmella vs. Natalya, Alexa Bliss, and Nikki Bella (replacing Eva Marie)
Surprisingly decent. Carmella, even though she ate the pin, got a lot of shine spots. Alexa Bliss, although a winner, really did not. Bliss is smoking though. Becky Lynch needs some televised wins bad pretty soon.
**1/4
Seth Rollins vs. Finn Balor
Great, great, great match. Loved it. Crowd was a little pissy about the title belt (and I personally don't love it - but **** it, I don't like any of the current titles really). Balor's presence is already there. Rollins is a guy who is a million bucks too. Just so dependable. Nothing much I can say about this match other than see it somehow.
****
Rusev (c) vs. Roman Reigns
Not sure of the placement on the card, but whatever. Reigns came out of this segment looking like an awful human being, but I'm betting he still gets pushed as the face on RAW tomorrow. Not going to give it a rating considering what it was - but it was solid enough!
Brock Lesnar vs. Randy Orton
I'm 99.9% sure this match was cut early due to the blood. Lesnar was my prediction to win, but I'm sure it was't planned out like it was shown. Lesnar really is kind of boring since his Suplex City crap got huge. Just doesn't scream to me as must see TV. I lose interest in Lesnar pretty quick. It's just the same thing over and over. I wish Heyman would come without him and manage someone else not named Curtis Axel. The ending really hurt it, but not much you can do after Orton was busted.
