How was it booked wrong? The decisions I disagree with is the women's match (although we could find out why tomorrow), the opening match with Enzo & Cass and the no contest for Rusev/Reigns. Rest of the booking was on point.

Balor should not have won period. Ziggler should have won or else turned heel, the Club should have won the tag belts, Rusev should have won, taking the belt off Sasha is mind boggling unless she got popped for a suspension or is actually injured.

I don't think anything was done right beyond Styles getting put over with Cena leaving.

So you're not a huge fan anymore... why complain about the length then where there are people who enjoy lots of wrestling?

Yeah, there were low points to the show but there are on 99% of shows. Vince still has control and the booking isn't tight like it is in NXT, but there's also a million more appearances for the wrestlers weekly.

The 8 1/2 hours of wrestling today was fantastic. If I lived in the area, I'd be all over the double header Shimmer shows.

Because I'm still a big wrestling fan (someone contest this pls) who's allowed to complain? I don't see The Walking Dead, Game of Thrones, any awesome television shows having 6 hour finales. It's ridiculous. It's too much and it's unnecessary. The fans watching at home (most of them, I'd say you're one of the exceptions) get burned out, the fans in the arena get burned out, and it was evident as hell that WWE's own employees were getting burned out on the show when they showed Renee and Lita in the final hour.

Jobbing out the paint in its first main roster match would have been the height of stupidity.

LAW pointing out what a total waste of putting the demon on RAW and having them exchange blows. Total agreed.

LAW wants Shane to pick Golberg or Joe as their champion to get his revenge on Brock,

They also seem to agree with some of us that the plan was to bust him open, but Brock went a bit to far. They think doing a spot like this is dangerous, and why not just let them blade if they want blood?

I can't believe so many of you didn't like that. Watching Lesnar get pissed when the F5 didn't win the match and proceed to beat the tar out of Orton after is one of the best things I've seen. For those of you who didn't like it their only one word to describe you, and I'm going to spell it out. S-A-W-F-T.

Except it was the last match on the card which just makes it completely pointless.

Balor going over was 100% the right call when the match was booked.

No it doesn't. We got to see an extremely arrogant Orton come into the match and get the tar beaten out of him until he was laying unconscious in a pool of his own blood. Its literally the most definitive finish you could have.

LAW ON POINT right now about how the presentation for Takeover and making guys feel special, while that didn't happen tonight.

And it is obvious. Cena/AJ was a better wrestling match than Nakamura/Joe, but the entrances, presentation, and the feel it created makes it more memorable and better overall because of it.

Hogan did a wider variety of moves than Lesnar does now sadly. You said using mostly suplexes, he doesn't use mostly suplexes he uses one suplex, and that's it. If he was all Taz style that would be cool.

I agree with the character and storytelling. And yes he's still over with using just one move, but if he actually wrestled like he did before the suplex city gimmick, would his matches be better and would be still be insanely over and still a beast? I think so. Just my opinion of course.

Why does more moves automatically mean a better match? Lesnar has a clearly defined character and a distinct style in the ring. If he wrestled like everybody else then it would ruin his character.

It's just such a simplistic view of wrestling. More moves does not mean better. Honestly, if more moves is better is your philosophy then WWE is the wrong choice. Dragongate or PWG would probably be right down your alley. I'm not saying there's anything wrong with that either. I'm just saying that you are setting yourself up for disappointment. If Lesnar can get the crowd into his matches by throwing suplexes then that is how he is going to wrestle. The characters and stories will always be king over workrate and huge movesets in WWE.

I dug the finish. I dig Lesnar because of his unapologetic violence. I'm only wondering how much was work and how much was shoot at the end there.

@WWERollins:

More important than a title's appearance is what it represents for the men fighting over it. You really let me down tonight, Brooklyn.

I have to say that I, at least, don't mind the belt. The crowd would've hated anything just because of the name. And it was annoying because I had trouble getting into the match, which was still really good, but when the crowd goes into business for themselves, it brings it down.

It seems like they won the crowd back over, or was there still chanting into the finish?

The crowd hijacking that match was disappointing. That was a literal dream match where the first half of it was distracted from by an idiot crowd.

I am annoyed at the crowd, but I also don't really blame them in part. It was a long long show, and there was a lot of meh stuff after the AJ/Cena match.

The crowd was ready to turn.

Do you guys think the Austin interview killed Ambrose's face overness? That whole thing tonight was odd. From him wrestling Colonel Sanders to the crowd no-selling him.
