I'll never understand choosing to go first in the shoot out.

:handclap::handclap:PLAYER OF THE GAME CHAAHLEEE MCAVOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:handclap::handclap:

Borderline legendary game at this stage. Shame it had to be decided in a skills competition where he couldn't factor in.

1-1-2 +3 in 35 ½ minutes TOI.

It really is a shame that one team or the other has to lose in this fashion. Either team could've taken it, it was that close....
:handclap: to both teams.

No team deserves to lose like that both teams were
Amazing and it's a shame it ends in a shootout

Must be the reason the site is so unstable atm. :sarcasm:
But that's good to hear. Doubled his output for the season, and back to PPG?

With seven of their starters missing too. Now that's impressive

Can't wait until they trade McAvoy for Vernon Fiddler in a few months.

Honestly, what a damn good game. All those kids should be proud. Congrats to my southern neighbors!

Just a great game all around. That was some quality hockey.
