Cuylle line had a distinct assignment - it was on the ice after almost every Canadian PP and Canadian goal. Think about good (deep) NHL teams - their 4th lines are not a bunch of AAAA / AHLers but good NHLers with specific assignments for forechecking & energy.

P.S. I know we have some Gettinger fans here who thought that he'd be a proper 4th liner in the NHL if he had a bit more footspeed and IQ. This is what I see in Cuylle (plus a better shot but I'm not sure if it will translate from the juniors). Flame away...

Let's not get stressed over what amounts to a summer makeup tournament with any of the prospects. This is a good experience for all of them playing with other linemattes in a different setting.

It's free reps for training camp. If the WJC was the be all end all, Danny Kristo would've been finishing a HOF career with Montreal.
