for playing a bottom 6 spot (he was getting 3rd line minutes), he sure showed a lot offensively and on the forecheck. He had some jam. With his skating and skills, i've long thought he had a bit more potential if given actual nhl caliber linemates. His most common linemates in his career are vdv, white, vinny, and rinaldo

I wasn't really watching him closely defensively tonight, but i was last game and he was messy per usual. But if he can just move to wing and focus on the offense and grinding, i think he could show an improvement.

I would have liked to see the U23 team against Canada or USA in the exhibitions. As Europe really looked bad especially on defense. Europe has some good players but then they also have some really bad ones. They don't really have the depth like other teams in this tournament.

They come up on the NHL app for me so I'd assume they're on the website too.
