He came right out and said he was biased before the game started.

I agree that officiating was the worst i've ever seen by a long shot.

But wasn't she banned from officiating after that biased display. :shakehead

Hmmm...did you watch the Womens final? 20 Straight penalties to the Canadians by the American Ref might be considered bad don't ya think? This game isn't that great I'll admit for the reffing, but it could be worse. ;)
 
Wow now that's some hockey for ya.

The best players for USA are Esche, Tkachuk, and Guerin. Gomez looks pretty good too. Drury is non-existent. I thought he was a big game player.

but gomez keeps getting hit.....seems like a lot more than others.

Something I was wondering as well. Konowalchuck is driven into the goal, brodeur grabs him and pushes him back even farther. Yet he recieves a GI call. To top that off, Mario waits until Steve is skating off to go after him with his back turned. Tries to fight him.......by all rights should have been given an instigating penalty......then Iginla comes in......by all rights could have been given a second man in/ejection....gets zero penalties....Meanwhile Niedermayer throws an extremely vicious elbow at Halpern's head, gets away with it......thankfully he was willing to drop the gloves for his garbage. Anyways, I wasn't surprised when the team that broke the rules the most, actually came out with a PP, I mean.....its Canada...

Note to Chelios ..its time to go off into the sunset and look for that perfect chili recipe ..cuz hes done as a hockey player ..ouch Brendan Morrow made him look ooooolllddddddddder than dirt.
