OT: World Cup 2022 (Human Rights Optional) - Let's Get Stoned!

I dont disagree with you but they basically did the same last match. Also cost them the Euro Final. Went a goal up quick and went into the shell.
It got them to the Euro final, though.

England could play fast football and would run over almost everyone but the top ~8 nations.

Can't say it bothers me too much that they don't.

With all the possesion and pressure the US is generating it seems like you would want a guy like Reyna in there but what do I know.

This midfield trio is 20,23, and 24. Add in Reyna who is 20 and alot to look forward too in the future. You win matches in the middle. I think Adams will be at top 6 club soon and if Juventus is relegated so will Mckennie.

That knee to the groin area was the biggest culprit I think.

100% the issue here. He took that knee to the junk at full speed. Essentially a flying knee right to the boys. I was thinking back to the hardest shot I ever took as a goalie and it was during a practice in college. I was able to crawl out of the crease area and laid on the ice for like 10 minutes in straight in full on feeling like you're going to barf mode. Definitely seems like Pulisic went through that process from being on the ground to not being able to walk away normally and needing to "walk" it off.

I feel like the announcers, including at half time, are trying to avoid saying that this was the problem because it is not an "appropriate" area to talk about. Just "he went down, but he came back" with no comment on how it happened. I feel like they should be able to talk about it just as if his arm was broken. It happens and the automatic physical reaction is universal. Assuming there wasn't any actual damage done, it'll take a few minutes, but then you'll be good to go. I think that is why they didn't even get someone up on the bench. He was clearly not pulling a all too regular "soccer injury" as he had just scored a goal. I'm sure he'd be up celebrating if he could.

I think I'd reduce that number to around 4.

Unfortunately many teams started winning as soon as they dialed back on the offense a little bit.
Watching england play tough it often feels like they are not using enough of their massive amount of skill/speed.
