Insane that I never thought of Anderson for Team Canada...not sure what it means...lol

Good group of forwards. Fine group of D's....but goaltending? I like Thompson...but....D's and F's will need to be very good.

- Farrell & Harris for USA
- Anderson for Canada
- Armia for Finland
- Dichow for Denmark
Did NOT expect Armia for Finland, but there you go.

Former Habs' Magnus Nygren and Max Friberg will play for Team Sweden.
Friberg played 1,5 years in Saint John before the team was moved to Laval.

There is also:
Tim Bozon for France
Tomas Tatar for Slovakia
David Sklenicka for the Czech
Riley Barber and Alex Galchenyuk for the USA

a guy like josh Anderson.... I wish he'd just take the extended off season, especially after last season ended on July 7 for him.

All those guys from last year's cup run could use a long break.

Very good games Slovakia vs France. Slafkovsky with a really good performance playing with our ex-own Tomas Tatar. Great in puck protection. Good shots on net. Really great to see. Quieter for Nemec. Not that visible which sometimes is a good sign. But he doesn't stand out.

Nemec does not stand out yet he is +2 and has an assist. Does not make many mistakes and manages the transition game well.

Petite claque au visage pour Jordan Harris en ce début de tournoi international

It says that Harris won't play against Latvia and that his spot may actually remain open, they may choose another D-man who would be out of the NHL playoff race. It would be absolutely awful if Harris can't play and also has to miss his graduation because of this decision. Come on US team, treat your youngsters the right way.

Shitty thing to do, but I imagine it was something mentioned to him from the beginning.
