Shame about Välimäki missing, should be an extremely close game nevertheless, with no clear favourite.

Good luck Sweden, lets go Finland!
Can't watch this game. Starting 3am, horrible. Gotta go to work @ morning. I did wish this was one of the 5am or 5.30 am games.. I would've wake up to watch it. But 3am is like the worst possible time ever for Europe, why did they put Final on that time, why...... In sunday, they could've played an early game because every one has a free day.

I don't make any predictions but whoever wins today that team is earned gold medal.
Hopefully we will see great gold medal game which will be another hockey classic between Finland and Sweden.
These Nordic rivalries between Finland and Sweden are always great games.
Of course it hurts when Sweden beat Finland but i'm sure for that when Finland beat Sweden it hurts much more for Swedes.

I like this U18 team, the 98 have the forwards and the 99 have the d-men, they complete eachother.
Btw, nothing beats a final between sweden and finland, and I do think it is the 2 best teams of this tournament.
The first time sweden and finland face eachother in the final in this tournament since the first edition of this WJC 18 1999, finland won that time (what a surprise that sweden lose a final). So it is in many ways a historic final. We got to se a repeat of the first final and either finland or sweden will make history, either finland will win both WJC 20 and WJC 18 in the same year for the first time, or sweden will win the WJC 18 for the first time.

Sweden should win this game easily, all they need to do is shutdown Puljujarvi, Tolvanen and Vesalainen

After this terrible game in the USA-Canada one I'm pumped for the gold.
I actually like both the Finns and Swedes, I aways root for them when they play the Yanks or Russians. Don't know who to cheer for. Some high end prospects for both teams, Pulju will get a lot of attention but Nylander and some of those Swedish forwards looked to be very skilled.
Good luck guys, make it a memorable Gold medal game with lots of action.
