I’d like to see Bedard tell Cameron who the captain is now and secure a top 6 spot. Every time he’s on the ice something happens. Time to give him some latitude, IMO, AINEC, etc

I’d love to see that but find it hard to imagine the very introverted Madden would leave sunny California for the hockey hotbed and hot spot in Montreal. Hope I’m wrong.

as someone who lived in sunny SoCal for the better part of a decade, and Mtl for half of one, I tend to agree. But giant bags of cash are generally quite compelling.

Yep, there's no reason why we couldn't like double their salary. Use your f***ing big market money.

For Mann, depends how involved he was in Tyler Boucher's pick though

The habs need to ask permission from the other team in order to talk to those guys. They can't just steal people as they wish.

He works for the Ducks, but he doesn't live in Anaheim. He lives in Quebec.

Doesnt he live in Quebec? Anyways,a fat pay cheque can change his mind.

It’s not the living in Montreal. It’s the working for the Canadiens that may prove difficult. He’s known to be very shy and avoid the limelight. Montreal would have it on him and his family 24/7, that’s the concern I’d see vs working for the Ducks and living happily in anonymity.

The only time Timmins ever talked to the media was during the draft and reporters only questioned drafting (without addressing him specifically) just last year due to his unbelievably bad record.

The auto refresh in this site makes posting replies almost impossible. So many times I’ve written one, about to hit send and REFRESH!

f***ing annoying. I’m done.

He lives in Quebec. Not just his family. He works for the Ducks, but he doesn't live in Anaheim.

Mellanby worked for the Habs, but lives in St. Louis. Or Timmins worked for the Habs, but lives in Ottawa.

There ya go, so if the Habs offer him more money then literally only thing would change really is media pressure. So it would come down to is he willing to trade a promotion for more attention.

I can't say I've scouted much non international tournament hockey for this draft class, but if Lambert even remotely continues this performance he'll be finding himself back in the conversation for a top 5 pick

Wasn't Kemell victim of a somewhat dirty hit a few days ago?

Yes from Red Savage , living up to his namesake

surprised that Finland just…isn’t playing Blomqvist. Wasn’t he the presumed starter? Product of these two games against soft opponents or…?

Bueller?
