You can't be serious?

Dallas has a superstar, Dallas has depth, and Dallas has a good coach, Dallas also has playoff success, Dallas has leadership, Dallas has experience and Dallas has been to Conference and Stanley Cup finals MULTIPLE times in the last few years.. something Winnipeg can't even get a slight whiff of over a decade of being back in the league.

Comparing these two teams is just sad.

Who's your superstar? Jason Robertson and his 31 points in 32 games? 42nd in the league superstar Jason Robertson?

Oh he finished 6th in points one time? That certainly rivals actual superstars like McDavid or Kucherov.

No depth?

Dallas has 12 players with double digit point totals this far into the season, the Jets have 14. Seems to me they both have solid depth.

Bad coach? Well we both have head coaches with zero stanley cups as a HC . Deboer has gone to the cup finals twice in his career, each time in his first season with a team, and was almost there again in 19-20 with Vegas. Unfortunately he lost to the Dallas Stars and Rick Bowness :sarcasm:

I don't think either fanbase should be arguing about how great their coach is.

Not all coaches are put into situations in which they'll succeed. We had Stanley Cup finalist Paul Maurice coaching our team, and look how that went. If Bones succeeds in Winnipeg, it would be the exact same situation, but Stars fans would still find reasons to complain about him.

There's one Stars fan in here complaining about Bones, no need to assume all of us are like that.

No one hates or hated Bones, he just wasn't the right fit for the team. He's an amazing guy and is probably the most respected coach out there.

Also, Mr. H complains and argues with lots of us on the Dallas Board, so don't feel special lol.

Winnipeg has some decent forwards, solid D core and a great goalie, anything can happen in the playoffs.

For the third time?
Yep. Won't be in nasty downtown and a 1-2 hour drive through some of the worst traffic in Atlanta for 7pm games. Heart of metro atlanta near all the youth programs and families with $$$

After several people saying Winnipeg should be relocated in threads earlier this year-- I am VERY happy to see the Jets do well. Always root for them in the playoffs, part of that is because they lost their team and their fans IMO deserve a winning franchise.

Hopefully more people will attend games as the season goes by.
As a Sabre fan, we average like 15k now and the atmosphere is horrible.

I FEEL YOU PEG!!!!!!!!!!!

That guy is a diehard Jets hater that jumps in at every chance they get to tell us how awful the city, the team and the fanbase is. I don't know if we all took turns kicking his dog, but something made him seriously loathe us.

Oh, one of those guys. There is or was another Dallas fan that hated the Jets. I think he was even from Winnipeg, LOL.

I blocked him years ago so don’t know if he’s still hangin’ around and hatin‘.

No superstar, no depth, bad coach.

Also just look at their games this season, loses to LA, Vegas (2x), Dallas (2x), NYR.. etc. basically all the good teams they lose to all the bad teams they win against (with a couple exceptions here or there but generally).
Bro just said one of the deepest teams in the league has “no depth”

Two threads in like 5 years = hardcore Jets hater.

Sure. Sorry to offend you in the garbage attendance thread and saying they have no shot at the Cup.

Once again @HockeyWooot said DARK HORSE to win the Cup not going to win the Cup or a favorite for the Cup. The Jets are 7-1-2 in their last 10 games and now sit at 23 games in a row without giving up more than 3 goals, they are playing very good hence why they said DARK HORSE.

One again, I disagree with that. Is that OK to have a different opinion? I posted it in this thread, then got 100 people saying BUT BUT BUT.. you can agree, I can disagree. That should be OK?

Absolutely but saying no superstar, no depth and a shity coach are all wrong and kind of like you are trying to fire people up on purpose. Dallas has a good team by the way and is also a dark horse for the Cup. Hopefully we meet in the playoffs .

Who is the Superstar? I would argue the Jets star players are on par with the Stars star players.

Depth and good coaching? Jets seem to have that as well.

And I am not sure being to conference and cup finals 2x in 10 years qualifies as multiple times (still better than Winnipeg) Definatley more series wins than the Jets but the Jets did get a slight whiff in 2018.

And Dallas has missed the playoffs more often than the Jets in the past 10 seasons.

But you cant compare them? LOL

Did someone in Winnipeg hurt you? You are grasping at straws dude.

Dallas has lost to Vegas 3x this season. They have also lost to Toronto, Vancouver, Boston, Colorado and Tampa Bay. Seems like they only win against the bad teams with a couple exceptions here and there.
