It's entirely possible that the 2011-12 Jets have a better record than the 2019-20 Jets.
Not a chance.

After 10 games:

Jets 2011-12: 3-6-1
Jets 2019-20: 5-5-0

I just looked into my crystal ball to see what will become of this years Jets. Well it will shock everyone. The Jets will finish with a record of 57-19-6

Connor Hellebuyck will finish with a 0.939% and win the Vezina with 7 shutouts
Ville Heinola will easily win the Calder Trophy
Laine will pot 53 goals, and win his first Rocket Richard Trophy
Blake Wheeler will win the Mark Messier Leadership Award
Mark Scheifele will finish with 46 goals and 59 assists and be a Hart Trophy finalist.
Dustin Byfuglien will return after All-Star week, and the Jets will go undefeated for 15 games, ending in a 24-3-3 record when Buff plays.

The Jets will win the Presidents Trophy, and break the Oilers record of 16-2 set in 1988, and only lose once in the Conference Finals, and hoist the Cup.

Scheifele will be named Conn Smythe Trophy winner.

Winnipeg Jets owner Mark Chipman said McDonald’s remarks are similar to what others have offered Hawerchuk for words of encouragement.
“Dale Hawerchuk is royalty in the history of the Winnipeg Jets,” Chipman said. “He put that team on the map and he’s continued to be an incredible alumnus for us is so many respects and we’re very, very proud to have him as a part of our group.

As a Jets fan who grew up in the Jets 1.0 era, I really appreciate you posting and updating these combined Jets 1.0 and 2.0 stats.

Hopefully the NHL will one day return our 1.0 history to us.
