That was just like last year. Team played like cheeks for a lot of the game and deserved to lose. It sucks, but man. There’s gonna be some tough decisions to make now with this roster and coaching staff.

QB controversy? Collaros is money but that’s two straight Grey Cups where he hasn’t shown up, and Brown looks promising. They’ve signed Zach so he’ll stay but this just sucks

gotta admit, MTL have some really good receivers...and not any effective half time changes

fajardo had one heck of a game
Collaros just doesn't seem to make the big throws in the big game the last two grey cups. With the running game we had it should have been a cake walk.

Well, there was that Montreal TD drive where the refs f***ed up 3 calls, including the receiver getting the TD because he was 10 yards offside...

But we should have still played better.

Still disagree it was a push off. They were hand fighting and Houston went an extra yard on the route and then pulled him down. He wasn't even upset about a no call, which I also think is an indication of how the play went.

bombers always did have problems with teams beneath them in the standings and that was a big red flag.

and once again winnipeg is gonna be a talking point in negative manner...

Well the champagne isn't going to go down as well as it would have if we won but it is going down. Going to go outside and scream my head off. No one near enough to hear.

Bombers had the ball for nearly three quarters worth of length and got beat by nearly every single Als big play that targeted Houston and Parker on the defence, and on the final drive instead of providing them any sort of support, Richie Hall throws his entire defence at the Als line that's been stuffing the blitzes all game and - guess what - beats Houston on a big play again. You can hate Collaros' INT in the end zone (and Oliveira's fumble earlier on too) but the Bombers offence was otherwise extremely efficient - this Als offence should have come no where close to putting up 28 points and that is all sort of infuriating to cope with.

Too bad for the Bombers.

I think Collaros is aging out. We may need to transition to a younger QB just like we did with running back two years ago.

Anyhow, hate to say it but Montreal deserved it. They made the plays when it mattered.

Looking back in history, the Bombers overall do poorer in the Grey Cup. Although we won back to backs recently, I think that’s it for this run. I hope our next drought is short.

It’s just. For those of us that remember a long drought since 1990.

These kind of teams don’t happen often. You need to take advantage because who knows how long the next drought takes.

That’s a championship caliber team that I’m sorry, that’s pathetic coaching on the D side of the ball. Inexcusable to have so little pressure on Fajardo.

Contract isn’t guaranteed. They could cut him and promote Brown. But they won’t
