What is going on with ASP? What kind of injury he has. Is it the one from last year is he about to retire from hockey? What is going on

Looking for info on Albert Johansson. He is not Waiver exempt. how likely is it that he gets waived? and if not, does he have what it takes to crack the lineup consistently?

Yzerman just said good things about him. Even if he struggles this season, he will just extra defansman. Don't forget defansman takes longer to develop.

He won't be waived.

Realistically have to see how he performs in camp and preseason, but expect him to be part of a rotation for the 6th/7th that are dressed some nights and sitting others for a while until we have a better picture if he's worthy of a full time role or not an NHL player.

Mazur and Finnie both weighed in 12 pounds heavier than start of camp last season. Edvinsson up 13 pounds as well
Where'd you hear this? That's great news especially for Ed and Mazur as they take the next step

Finnie adding that much muscle already as a 7th rounder after his D+1 is amazing. Stronger for his final junior year to work on experimenting with his offense and bully guys a bit more while doing it

Biz was interviewing Pat Verbeek the other day and Pat was talking about how young players these days in the offseason want to skate and be on the ice but don't want to be in the gym and lifting the weights

Jordan Harris tweeted it. I think that would put Edvinsson close to 230 as well lol

Another Hakan special. :yo:

I'm legit intrigued by Finnie.
Me as well, I haven't seen him play since he was in Midget, he was a player then, now that he has some size to go with with how plays, he'll be there one...I suspect a few years away yet, but he fits the style the wings want to be.

Rasmussen should take notes.
Mazur referenced Ras as a guy he was following around this offseason to do everything right. I have been banging the same drum on weight gain for Ras so I found it interesting he was following around Ras at times as an example with that difference.

Ras’ frame certainly looks like it can handle more so not sure why he sticks at 220… I think it limits his net front game and is why they still don’t use him there on the PP. I remember Landon Ferraro basically said he couldn’t put on a ton of weight without impacting his skating so maybe that is something with Ras that I don’t get. He should live north of 235 for me. Don’t think we will see it at this point.
