I've never seen a goal allowed when the net was that far off, is that something anyone else had ever seen?
Rule is if the defending team is deemed to have purposely knocked net off and puck was imminent in going in, it counts. Remember that was the first time the net came off before they realized there may be an issue but call was made already..

Anyone know the Status of Pasquale Zito? Think he is still part of NorthBay?
As far as I know North Bay. A little weird he went from almost a point a game, being an NHL Draft Pick to not having an OA Slot anywhere, or any games played at another level

There have been strong rumors following him everywhere he has been that locker room issues are a big factor. Not necessarily all on Pasquale directly. Heard a member of his family tries to bully their opinion to coaching and GM.

Your have to compete the next shift after your score.
Windsor has not learned this lesson in a few years...

I'm sorry but my patience for 74s lack of engagement in front of our net is passing me off. He let's 2 dogs barrage Joey and stands on the other side of net. Unacceptable!! The only true effort is when he sees a potential offensive chance and then skates hard. I'd trade the entire Niagara D for our entire D without hesitation.

74 is a soft player.

1 good thing is Windsor doesn't play anymore games before the deadline is due. Peer was non noticeable.
He can go back to putting up points now.

Well I don't disagree with this, but, this was the way the ENTIRE D core played today except Eichler. it was brutal the entire game in our end. You know the coaches saw that because Eichler was out there every other shift. Nobody else showed up. Woodall with numerous passes out in front of the net and right on a ice dog stick. If you're going to call out 1 player you need to see what everyone is doing. yes 74 played bad but he was not alone in that.

I agree they were mostly horrible. The reason 74 catches my eire is he has 103 OHL games played. Experience. Woodall 33, Walton 38 and Winegard 23. Those 3 combined only have 94 games total added together. Young D make mistakes . Absolutely. Walton was horrible today no doubt as well. Sane for Eichler who did show up to play. He could had have a couple more goals today if he could get the puck consistently on net. The difference is from the start he is taking 2 steps forward to 1 step back and 74 has been taking 2 steps back for every 1 step forward. Castle was a 1st round pick that has faded big time. Cristoforo compared to last year is heading down a similar path imo.
