We wouldn’t deserve it the way we look right now. This is what comes of having 2 raw rookies and Bahl who is practically a rookie among our 6 defensemen, with Smith who really looks cooked at #4, and Marino regressing and Siegs who is not really top quality. And very weak goaltending behind them. And then collectively we’ve lost confidence. Plus the injuries.

Firing Ruff will not fix this. It will only make things worse.

Completely disagree.

You can’t say the defense is so young and then think a coach running an incredibly complicated system that asks for non-traditional reads is helping them.

You could argue that’s possibly the worst thing to do.

Anyone who's blaming just Vanecek or Schmid tonight is absolutely lost, this team is defending at a peewee level. They should've been down 3 after the second period and still somehow are gonna manage to lose this by that much

I checked the score on break, saw it was 3-2 Devils, and was contemplating watching, then I refreshed the score and it was 4-3 Edmonton lol
