I think Willy's undergone by far the most mental growth of anyone in the core over the last few years.

He will always have warts in his game, but he doesn't shy away from the media or make excuses like other members of the core.

His attitude and tone I think is completely different from how he was during his first few years in the league. I don't see the same growth in that area with the other guys. Matthews has swagger too, but he can be quite at times at about it when things aren't going well
