People complained about Willy over a nothing play in a game that was out of reach.

Yeah, I think he's fine.
And it was so well deserved, no matter what anybody tried to rationalize at the time. Revisionism.

He answered the bell, that’s what sport offers and I loved every single second of it. Bravo Willie!! We’re going nowhere without you bud.

great game. I really wish he worked on his routes though. Sometimes taking the b line is clearly advantageous for keeping the puck in the zone or controlling it in the d zone especially but he'll take a route garnered towards getting a stick lift. There's more to puck battles than stick lifts.

Played terrific tonight overall though and tbh he's been doing the right things for most of the series. Puck finally starting to go in for him. Let's hope he can have a big game on Wednesday and take this shit home.

Now do that again in game 6 WIlly .. need your line to step up again.
i always think dubas biggest mistake is that he said he'll never trade willy....but if he continues to do what he does in playoffs....I can see why.

Sushi boy back to point per game
what is this sushi boy reference too

Surprised he wasn't braided with prosciutto in his hand. Love this f***ing guy.

gotta give to the man he has a strong sense on fashion.

If I was coach Nylander would never see the ice again. Can you imagine if Brophy or Quinn was coaching and Nylander would not go in the corner because he was afraid to get hit.

Oh my god. What game were you watching ? That’s why the Leafs will never win a cup.
Shit take is even worse
