Boston Globe Will the Bruins' ownership do anything about this mess?

Too late on Marchand …get used to seeing Marchand next 2-3 or longer in black & gold

Top D pair added Game changer

As for kids other than the past & future C everyone else 30 or under F

E Lindholm 30
Pasta 28
Zacha 27
Geekie 26
Khushnikov 21
Minton 20
Kastelic 24
Poitras 20
Mittlestadt 25

I just named 10 F

Hopefully Lysell gets up here he looked Good Friday & Saturday

D young as well
Only Hampus over 30

We back bitches ….hey now
Have to be honest here. I don't want to waste any cap on a player 37 but nothing else out there so u are probably right.

A healthy, McAvoy and Lindholm, yes
Minton would be nice to see pan out
UFA F as long it is not another Elias Lindholm signing.
Move on from all others.
Living close to Toronto, I watched Minten play many games for the Marlies.
My take on him is that he will be a solid third line center.
Pencil him in for 15-20G....anything more that this I will be surprised.

He’s back - he’s not watching his kids grow up via face time

Marchand vs Letteri

Hmmmm…….

I’m all in on 6.3 M for Brad

Sweens crushed the deadline he probably gets a 1 out of this and Marchy back

I think he ends up at LW and third wheel on a good line - better Geekie which is pretty good

Donny’s Plan is working Swimmingly.

Top 6 pick

Marchand hopefully grabs him a 1 and he’s coming back to play second line and grab 70 points

They picked up likely 2 firsts 2 seconds, a 25 year old C with some good offensive skills, a bunch of prospects ~ zellers, Minton, and Khusnutkidov who is a flyer who plays responsible hockey

Just gotta tank

I couldn’t ask for more other than if your going to lose at this point do it in regulation
The only good coming out of Donnie's plan is when this swimmingly plan does not work Look at all is that he swims with the fishes. Look at how well all these great prospects that have now and how well they have worked or not, and you think his next batch will be different. Marchand will never see 70 point season again and should not be brought back, do not make the same mistake they made bringing Krecji, back.

I sure hope that 2nd turns into a 1st because we know he sent him there as a favor. Most think he would have gotten more elsewhere like the Nelson deal.

They didn’t really shop him hard because he could block and stay on east coast - and they thought he would take the 3 @ 6.3 M (18.9 M)

I will be interested what the contract looks like

I thought he carried Bruins to a final though.Name me another goalie to hold a prime Crosby Malkin led Penguins team to 2 goals in a 4 game sweep.
He did that. He also completely choked away 2010 and nearly choked away 2013 and 2019 versus the Leafs. Lost 2019 final to a better team, but could have made much more of a difference. He also played like garbage against the Caps during regular seasons. Overrated.

You talk about nets like its easy. The Bruins choked away 2019 themselves and Chicago was better team in 2013 .They bullied Bruins if truth be told.Buff had his way for sure.

I am not pinning that on Rask. They scored 1 goal at home game 7 vs Blues.Chicago was better that simple.
Rask completely outclassed Binnington in six of the seven games. It's just the most bullshit of luck that the one game that Binnington was great in and the one game that Rask was a little off was in the decisive winner take all game.

I don't remember 2013 in enough detail to be able to say how he performed compared to Crawford, but that Chicago team was a powerhouse up front and I seem to recall Rask did enough to give us a shot if we just converted any of the missed opportunities. I also don't remember Corey Crawford being a factor at all.

Rask struggled in Game 4, but so did Crawford. He was fine in 2013.

B's would have been up 3-0 going into Game 4, if a young Torey Krug doesn't make one of the most horrific turnovers you'll ever see in Game 1 to let Chicago back into that game.
